We are seeking professional management and are willing to pay MORE than your standard management fee.  If you are aware of any Commercial Income properties that you do not manage that have below market rents and some vacancy, but you feel can quickly raise the rents to market and increase the occupancy, we will acquire them and turn management over to you and pay you a premium for management services.  We typically acquire them in days or weeks, not months.

We also prefer properties in good condition that don't require rehab to increase the income.  Essentially, we seek to reposition under-performing properties that are poorly managed to expert management like you provide your current clients.  We prefer properties that are Senior Assisted Living and Mini Storage Units.
